For more than a decade now, Joseph has worked on personal injury/insurance claims and lawsuits. He started out at a defense firm known for its tenacity and zealous representation. Along the way, he's learned to apply that skillset to help clients from intake to appeal. Having worked for the defense, Joseph understands how to effectively advocate for his clients who are presenting cases against them, based on his experiences.
His clients, like him, come from all walks of life. Joseph was born in Los Angeles, CA. He has lived in vibrant, fast-pace cities (like Las Vegas, NV) as well as close-knit, slow-paced places (like Maricopa, AZ and Shaker Heights, OH). These places allowed Joseph to learn from many different cultures and communities.
Joseph also learned how to be an effective student while he attended ASU (go Devils!). Thereafter, he completed law school in 2 & 1/2 years before he passed the bar in February of 2016. Since then, he has been able to earn millions of dollars spread among hundreds of people and families.
His clients are personal to him; they each know he is simply a text away. Communicating with clients is important to Joseph. Also of importance is Joseph's family. He considers himself blessed professionally, and at home. When he is not advocating for clients, he enjoys time with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons, Joseph (Jr.) and Jack.
